Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Is there a minimum order? A: I do require a minimum of 25lbs to ship since typically it is not cost effective for you to ship less than that amount. You end up paying more for shipping than for product. Also a $10.00 box charge is added to cover the freeze packs & insulation pack. This is per box. Regardless if you have 5 lbs of product or 50 lbs of product the $10.00 charge still applies. Q: What is the maximum amount you can ship? A: I can ship any amount but it is limited to 50 lbs of product per box. The most economical way to ship is in 50 lb product increments. Q: Do you charge sales tax? A: No I do not |
