Orders placed by Wed ship the following Monday. Orders placed after Wed ship the second Monday. You will receive a shipment notification from UPS when the order is shipped giving you tracking numbers of the shipment.

A $10 charge is added to the shipping total. This is for gel packs & the insulation pack. We must use these to ensure the products stay frozen during transit.

If you are purchasing DEHYDRATED & DRY GOODS ONLY. There is no box charge for Dehydrated items purchased separately. I will ship out dehydrated and dry good items within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you are ordering frozen and dehydrated goods you will be billed the $10 box charge and they will ship out according to the frozen shipping schedule.

You will have different options for your shipment. Ground [home] delivery is normally the least expensive method. If you are showing a 1 or 2 day transit the items will arrive completely frozen. If you are a 3 or 4 day transit and choose the home delivery option, I CAN NOT GUARANTEE the products will be 100% frozen. Even with some thawing, as long as the products are at refrigerated temps ,it is fine to refreeze and will not effect the quality of the products. In the hot summer months if you are a 4 day transit you will need to either ship 2 day air or 3 day select.

BOX RETURNS: I prefer to recycle as much as possible. This helps to keep products affordable. I can reuse the insulation for future shipments. This is recycling at its best and keep the insulation out of our landfills! USPS Rates have drastically went up. In order to keep the return costs affordable I am asking that you send ONLY THE INSULATION PACK back and not the entire box. Please remove the pack and wrap in a garbage bag. Tape the bag securely [like wrapping a present] and put label on bag. The cost to return should only be $4.00-$5.00 [PARCEL POST]. Please return within 2 weeks of shipment. If you are willing to return the insulation pack to me, I will gladly refund the $10 charge when I receive the insulation pack in the mail.
